OS 10.5 - Has anyone tried windows 7 on parallels or vmware?

im curious how it runs compared to vista and xp.. im not interested in bootcamp because the things i need to do requires me flipping back and forward between mac os x and windows.

im curious to see how the new windows looks though

I had it running in vmware a few weeks back. It's much faster than vista and doesn't fight you at every step. Still windows though.
