Hi, I pretty much know all there is to know about networking Linux and Windows machines. I've written drivers for Linux and I've networked Windows with toasters. My MAC is another story. It's wireless and the performance seems sluggish. I've manually set the DNS to my ISP DNS servers but for some reason still slow.
Do I need to change MTU settings on the MAC? I know on Linux my MTU and a few other settings have to be tweaked to get raw speed going. Ideas? Comments? I'm all ears... Thanks, Rex |
