Hello Mac Forums. I have quite the situation here. I am looking to upgrade a G5 PPC Mac running Tiger to leopard. However, the mac has no DVD drive. I looked up how to boot off of your iPod, but apparently PPCs don't support booting from USB. When I try to install remotely from my Mac Book Pro (Directly connected through ethernet), it can't find the network drive. Is there ANYWAY I can get leopard onto this machine? Thank you!

Internal drive for a PowerMac G5 is only $30.

Little more expensive for an iMac G5.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
