OS 10.4 - os x 10.4 free download?

I'm new to the forum and I would like to know if there is a free download to upgrade my free G3 OS X 10.3.9 to 10.4? This is my childs mac and she cannot view any kids sites without adobe flash player. Unfortunately it requires OS X 10.4
If I have to purchase 10.4 is it costly? cheap?

No free OS 10.4.x I'm afraid. You need the full retail install version which is still available on eBay or Amazon, possibly in the Buy-Sell-Trade section of this forum. Do be very careful to get the correct version, ie. not the upgrade or restore versions.

Prices range from US$150 upward.
