OS 10.5 - Always 1 item in trash, Cant see item, Wont go away

There is always 1 item in my trash , but i can't see it And every-time i empty trash it makes the kshrshsr sound but there is still that one item that i cant even see. I tried securely emptying it, and nothing.

can anyone help?

edit: click coverflow mode in trash can and can see the file, but it wont go away. It has a weird name too
"e±²b•â .Ö¹‡" and is a alias file 0KB. It wont go away; help

i need to remove files that i see while browsing within azureus to set save paths... i see them... other 'vuze downloads'


now i look for them with the finder....


cannot delete... hard drive now full..

can u please help get rid of this rubbish!!!
