Guru Meditation is on a distinguished road

I've got a program called "perl" attempting to bring information in from another machine on my network. This attempt is going on every 1 minute, but I have no program called "perl" in my applications.

I do have "perl" listed in my firewall with "Block Incoming Connections" Set.

Code:
Nov 21 15:00:44 imac-2 Firewall[48]: Deny perl data in from 10.0.0.50:3483 uid = 0 proto=17
Nov 21 15:01:44 imac-2 Firewall[48]: Deny perl data in from 10.0.0.50:3483 uid = 0 proto=17

Nov 21 15:15:44 imac-2 Firewall[48]: Deny perl data in from 10.0.0.50:3483 uid = 0 proto=17
Is thing suspicious? Does anyone know where I would find "perl"? Which I take it is the scripting language?

Thanks,

Mark.

When I die I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandad, not horribly screaming like the other people in his car.
QUOTE Thanks
