OS 10.4 - Remove Sleep from Login Window

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the "Sleep" button from the login window on some of my eMac's. I've managed to remove the "Restart" and "Shut Down" buttons in WGM, but there is no option for the "Sleep" button. Any ideas?
