OS 10.5 - Update to Leopard - Finder Problem

Hi,

I update my PowerBook G4 OS from Tiger to Leopard. All the programs are working fine except the Finder (doesnt open) and the menu bar with a blinking problem !
I reeinstall several times but the problem persists.
