Hey guys. im not sure whether this is the right section, but hey. ive got a imac 2.16 ghz intel duo 2 core running os 10.5.5 ( the latest i think) however i keep getting lines going across the screen. i think it needs a driver update, but i am unsure how to do this? just wondered if it was a common problem? any help would be greatly appreciated?

I suspect this could be a hardware problem, and not something that can be fixed by a driver update.

it does go thought, it is not all the time. for example, if a line appears, if you move something over it, it dissapears.

It sounds like something in cache may be causing it. Use Onyx to delete cached items.
