Try this link for Trash assistance. If the files were on a memory stick or similar, it may just require the Option key if the files are locked. |

Sorry, I did, but still no luck.
I ended up moving the entire folder and copying the pictures I wanted to keep to another folder from trash. Than, I held the option button down while hitting the delete button. It worked. Thanks guys!

Bummer, same problem here ->
Moved "My Pictures" from WinXP into Corsair Voyager 4GB. Now I'm in Leopard w/ the flash drive plugged in, can't delete the folder w/ an admin acct: sudo rm -rf [folder] Permission level is fine (777), so I'm feeling pretty dumb now. I'm going to boot into Windows to trash the folder now, although I wish I could've done it somehow in OS X. If anybody has encountered the same kind of problem please post here, thanks. Shawn |
