MacBook - installing screensavers that aren't .saver files

I downloaded the time machine screen saver file from apple's website, but it isn't a .saver file. can anyone help me load this as a screen saver, I went to the site and still can't find instructuions on how to load it. here is the link to the screen saver on apple's site. http://www.apple.com/downloads/macos...reensaver.html
