OS 10.5 - Safari page trouble..

delete.delete is on a distinguished road

When i make fast movements with the track pad on my macbook, sometimes the safari web page I am looking at disapears to the top of the screen. I have a feeling this is a setting I need to change but I cannot find one. Any idea?

it happenes when i move my finger diagonally then the page says "adios"
