Crash and won't restart... fan going crazy

- IMac 2.8GHz Dualcore 24'' / 2GB SDRAM / Snow Leopard 10.6.1 / external HD LaCie 500Gb
The power PC crashed (with dark screen with the restart advice). When I tried to restart, the fans going nuts and it don't restart!!
I'm on a Power PC tower running on tiger:cool: The day Microsoft makes something that doesn’t suck is probably the day they start making vacuum cleaners... !

- Imac 27" Retina 5K, 512GB flash memory, 3.3GHz, 16GB memory, macOS Sierra beta.
Pop your Tiger DVD in and boot holding down 'C' and see if it will boot from that. If so run Repair Disk, and if all is well, Apple Hardware Test. Maybe something has been corrupted and you will be looking at a re-install of Tiger.
No new memory modules or hardxware fitted to cause the kernel panic attack?
