Hey,

I have an external drive connected to my Mac OS X via Fire Wire. There is one file i have been trying to delete, its says "Unix Executable File".....the classic gray icon with exec mentioned on the top right corner, every time I try deleting it, it goes to TRASH and reappears on my HDD. I also emptied the TRASH but the file continues to exist.

Since am using this HDD with a FAT32 format, I also tried deleting it with XP. It shows as a folder in XP and on deleting yields "Cannot delete (folder name): The Folder is not empty". ......weird when its already empty. Anyways.....worst part is its occupying 1.5 GB of my HDD space and I wanna get rid of it.

Kindly lemme know if there's someway i can delete this file.

Thankz
QUOTE Thanks
