OS 10.5 - Finder Crashing and acting weird

My finder is crashing tons (like 5 times in past hour) and acting weird (files are blacked out on the desktop even though they really are there when I click and drag). I have no clue why, I haven't installed anything new in the past hour. I have repaired permissions and deleted the .prefs file. I don't know what I need to do but I have some real problems.

I have a copy of my .log right here if anyone wants to take a look:
