I purchased a MacBook about a month ago with 2GB of memory and DVD drive. I've noticed the performance has slowed down a bit since I have purchased it. The applications use to "pop" right up and now they seem to be taking slightly longer to load. I noticed this both on battery and when plugged in. I have installed a few applications and removed them as well. How can I get that performance back where it was like new?

Thanks in advance,
Helo

You could try using a maintenance program like Onyx.
