OS 10.5 - Mail inbox issues

Hello and good day all...

Wondering if someone can help me solve a mail issue? I am using the OSX Leopard based mail and I can't seem to view any messages from my inbox. My inbox header shows "12" messages but when I click on inbox to view nothing shows in the viewing area. I've been through all the settings that I know how to manipulate but nothing...any suggestions?

Yes you are, I just don't think anyone's thought of an answer yet. I assume you've already exhausted Apple's support site and google?

Hi, have you maybe dragged the message pane right up and so nothing is showing?
