It's in /System/Library/CoreServices/Setup Assistant.app/Contents/Resources/TransitionSection.bundle/Contents/Resources.
When you get to Setup Assistant.app and TransitionSection.bundle, you'll need to right click on each and choose "Show Package Contents". The video is called Intro.mov and the accompanying audio file is called intro-sound.mp3 Good luck. Liquid and computers don't mix.
