OS 10.5 - whe i go to machintosh hd and open it up

on the left side i keep seeing a shared tab and my name -pc wtf is that plz help me

it is showing that you have file sharing enabled on your Mac. If you go to the Shared Prefs Pane and uncheck File Sharing it will go away.
