The church has several OS-X users and I am trying to get them the ability to use our Dell 3000CN color laser printer. Dell has no support for OS-X on this printer unfortunately. I talked with Lexmark who are the actual manufacturers of this printer and they said OS-X should work with this printer. They said try a generic driver and I did but will not print. Any ideas? Printer is connected via TCP/IP on a static IP. OS-X sees it and installs with generic driver but will not print.
