OS 10.4 - Finder & iTunes problem

My iTunes dont start! I update it, reinstall it , unistall and then install it again but still no success! Also i can't get info from files. If i press cmd+i finder restarts and no window with the info displays. Also i cant change any file names. When select the file and press return nothing happens!!

can anyone help me?

P.S - Running tiger 10.4.11

Try repairing permissions. Onyx is probably the best, or MainMenu, both are free. If getting either of those poses a problem, try using your original Apple disks, if you have them, to repair permissions.
