OS 10.5 - Insane Computer Docks!

Hello everyone. This is my first post.

This is crazy, but I keep the dock on my new MacBookPro at the bottom. My G5, on the left side. Well, everyday when I goto the G5, the dock is on the bottom. Then, when I get on my laptop, the dock is on the side!!
I'm a little amazed by this one but I'm sure someone has a logical explanation.

Well, do you have MobileMe? It also syncs your settings. So if you move the doc on your G5 it moves it on your MBP. Then when you go back to your MBP and move it back to the bottom it has now moved it to the bottom on your G5. If you have MobileMe. That's my guess.
