I am buying a macbook when the new ones come out in september (give or take)

However, i've heard rumors that due to all the new features of leopard its somewhat vista like in that its got alot of gadgets so it uses way more ram and slows the whole thing down?

True or False? I use 10.4 at uni and its always lightning fast with 2gb ram on their imacs

Well, it's certainly heavier than Tiger, but I wouldn't call it Vista-like either.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

I love Leopard, it sure takes a couple of seconds more to boot compared to Tiger, but what it got beats that little problem

+Macbook; 2.16 GHz, 2GB Ram, 320 HDD, SuperDrive.
+Mighty Mouse Bluetooth.
+iPod Video Black 30GB.
+iPod Nano White 2 GB
