OS 10.5 - Help.

My buddy just purchased the Imac 24" today and went through set-up and created a users profile and password, however, he can't log in to the profile now. He has tried reseting the password with the start-up disk but this has worked to no avail... Anyone know what he's doing wrong?

Is he sure he used the correct log on name? Setting up a new profile during the setup procedure after you first turn on your new Mac can be a bit confusing.

Have him read this article:

If he still can't change the admin name\password or log on, contact Apple for assistance.
