OS 10.3 - OS Wont Load

Hi, I have an iBook g3. Recently I have tried to boot it but the OS wont load. I have read I have to reset the Pram, Nvram or even the powersupply. But the second problem I have is that I have an open firmware password. It wont let me do anything. What would you suggest?

do you have a os x cd at all?

no. I dont have the CD

you will need a cd to reinstall os x, try ebay for 10.3 OR you can upgrade to 10.4.
