It says something about "Please insert disk and press any key etc"

I posted a thread about this before, but it got deleted. I don't know why, but I have a legitimate copy of Windows on bootcamp. I deleted it though, and I've been getting the error ever since I deleted it. Any ideas why?

And what happens if you do insert the disk?

Nothing happens actually. I don't want to insert the disk anymore though, I don't need Windows since I bought a program called Crossover.

I have to hold the option key when booting so I can select the Mac hardrive. If it wasn't for that option, my Mac wouldn't boot up at all.

did you get rid of the windows partition?

Oh, and if you go to Startup Disk in System Preferences is os x selected? And is windows an option?

Sorry I'm not being overly helpful.

Yes I did. I thought that would fix it, but it didn't.
