Question about canon scanner and osx

Hi as u may already no i already onw tons of macs. I am trying to get my Canon lide 30 scanner to work with my powerbook g4 whenever i try to scan it says "The scanner plug-in not found". Please anyone know what to do? :dummy:

Mac Specs: PowerMac G4 Cube 450mhz 832mb

you need to install the drivers from the cd, or go to canon.com and download your drivers, I have the same scanner, if you have the cd that came with it, use it.

nope it still say the scanner cant find the plugin
