OS 10.4 - Leopard Terminal for Tiger?

I really like how the Terminal program in Leopard has tabs. Can the Terminal.app from Leopard run on Tiger, or is there perhaps a free alternative (hopefully open-source and non-Java)?

Interesting...I shall have to give it a try. As for using the Terminal.app from 10.5, I get a compatibility error. Tried editing some of the internal files, but no success. Oh well...
