Mac Specs: PowerMac G5 Dual 2GHz (June 2004), 2.5GB, Airport, black 5G iPod 30GB, white MacBook 2.0 2GB

Yes you can, if you have enough memory. You don't say how mach RAM you have.
The minimum to make it work nicely is 512MB. I installed 10.3 an a friends G4 450, with 768MB of RAM, and it works quite well.
