Hello: I am new to the Mac world. I just bought the Macbook Pro 17" and a new laser printer; Canon Imageclass MF4270. I had to download the specific driver from the manufacturer's website because it was not preloaded on the mac. The printer is connected to a Netgear wireless router. I am able to print okay, but I noticed that there is no option for duplex printing. When I two-finger click the print option, I get the duplex printing, but it is not clickable.
Also, there is no "copies and pages" option. Does anyone know what is going on? I need help please.
