Please, please, please i hope someone can help me.

i was creating a backup disk tonight as i had a lot of files on my macbook and it was running a little slow, so i copied a bunch of stuff over and then emptied my trash.
only then to realize that i had, somehow deleted a folder that wasn't on the backup cd.
i am a freelance graphic designer and the entire current issue of the magazine i'm working on just got trashed.
PLEASE tell me someone knows of a way to recover these files.

i have not turned off my computer or powered down... it JUST happened minutes ago.
I am freaking out... please help!?
thanks in advance.

You can try Data Rescue II
It costs $99 but there's a demo on the site that you can run which will tell you if it can recover the files.

Can't vouch for this tool personally but it's been recommend on this Forum before.

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup

I have made it a practice to look through my trash before emptying it...
hope you can recover your files...
