In the Mac 'Mail' app :
- is there a way to have it jump to th first unread message each time I click on a new folder/mailbox? - Is there a keyboard or menu item that will force Mail to jump to the next unread message ? - Can I set individual retention policies for folders/mailboxes ? - Can I assign a default 'From' account for specified folders/mailboxes ? Thanks in advance |

I'm not positive, but I don't believe there is a way to jump to the first unread message or have mail jump to the next unread message either.
In regards to "retention policies," I'm thinking that the only thing you can do is set rules, and I'm not sure you can have them set for folders. In mail, if you select a mailbox and begin a new email, the default 'From' is whatever mailbox you have selected on the left. Mac users swear by their computers. PC users swear at their computers.
