OS 10.5 - Uninstall latest Safari???

I want to uninstall the latest safari, as i didnt notice that it was going to upgrade when i done software update. Since then lots of things dont work for me like saft and other programs, i was wondering if i could uninstall it somehow (appzapper?) and get a copy of safari 2?
