Anyone know of a good, reliable place to take my MAC to get upgraded without charging a ton of $$$ in NJ??

It depends on which MAC you are talking about:

But, if you're talking about a Mac, and you're near Wayne, NJ (Willowbrook Mall) a little Magic might be in your future. I know that NJ is small, but there's still a chance there's something closer to you. Use your search engine!
