Darwin Cant Open It

I d/led darwin, and also bought the microsoft personal pc i think its called for mac,

Darwin i cant open becasue there is no program i have to open it, when i hit wine.bundle i dont know what to open it with..

and the microsoft pc one says requirements not met, is this becaqsue i need an intel processor?
