I'm trying to telnet into my offices green-screen system. So that we can open up another computer terminal in the office.

What do I need to do to telnet to an ip address?

I tried

Quote:
telnet xx.xxx.xxx.xx

QUOTE Thanks

I assume that I've done something wrong. But the ip address I enter is correct.

Never mind. My support agent told me I had to be on our local subnet to access the telnet.

Thanks. Problem Solved.

The telnet command worked because of the error. The problem is your system could not connect to your desired ip address.
