Not sure where to get the programs for Mac, as I always use Linux for any server needs I may have. As for tutorials, I would highly recommend the book "PHP & MySQL For Dummies." I got that when I started out, and so far I've already gotten one contract.

After finishing that, you can always go to www.php.net for more info.

As for online, try http://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp for SQL, and http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp for PHP.

PC: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz, 2 GM RAM, Total 750 GB HDD, Windows Vista Business (For gaming), Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron (64-bit), Slackware 12 (For GTK# coding)
Mac: 1.66GHz, 1GB RAM, 60GB HDD, Mini
