Hi Everybody,

I just purchased a new MacBookPro with Mountain Lion and I am setting up my development environment. I've noticed in the terminal that a number of characters do not display correctly. Specifically these characters give the following output:

This makes navigating the command line (much less working in python or perl) nearly impossible. I've trying changing my terminal type but I thought xterm256 is appropriate. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this post is in the wrong section of this forum!
QUOTE Thanks
