hi. this is my first post.
I am trying to change to a directory of another user while I am logged in as the administrator. I open the terminal and type the following into the command line cd ./Users/Almadroog(name of user)/ that works but the file that I am trying to access on the desktop of Almadroog and when I try to cd to it, it says permission denied. Then when I try sudo cd ./Users/Almadroog/Desktop I am prompted for a password, then i type it in, then it no longer says permission denied but it does not actually change directories the furthest that I can get is to the ./Users/Almadroog |
