I am trying to install The Gimp onto my Powerbook.
I have the program, but it is saying it needs X-11 to run. This is fine I have downloaded the latest installer from Apple, but that is refusing to install because there is a more up to date version already on my computer, allegedly! Only thing I can think that is causing the problem is that I have Apple's Developer Toolkit installed on my machine. Only one got any bright ideas how to solve this. Thanks in advance Tris... |

Awhile ago, when I was trying to get X11 to install with the one downloaded from the Apple site, it just would not work. But I swear the one off the installation disc of Tiger works perfect. I never found another copy of X11 that worked besides the one off the disc. Sorry, guys, just not sure.
