Hello, I'm beginner in Xcode and never learn programming. But I like it and want to make one things.

I'm stuck on how to make Main Menu item and write options for it to make application window always on top. I found this code:
[window setLevel:NSFloatingWindowLevel];
But I don't have experience to make it.

Please help me with step by step images or text. Thank you so much.
Xcode Version 3.2.3
QUOTE Thanks
