Need Help Opening A Pages '09 File...

I wonder if someone would be kind enough to open the Pages '09 file found here: Cocoa Samurai: Xcode Shortcut Documents available under CC and export it as plain text. It contains all the Xcode shortcuts he has compiled, but I don't have Pages '09. If you're willing you can email the text to me at
