I'd like to ease into game developing. What are the most basic (must have) applications/tools to accomplish this.
This comes from the fact that I can't find a mah jong tile matching game for the Mac which comes close to the Windows only Kyodai game. So I thought maybe I'll try to make one myself.
I've done some very rudimentary Visual Basic stuff in Windows and would just like to challenge myself with the Mac.
