Any cocoa developers for hire (project based)?

Required abilities include: Menu bar based (or possibly Pref Pane) Open a web page as a desktop background Read user/system preferences Read the machine's unique serial number Allow user to set preferences http(s) post variables and images (curl?) A few other things... which would give away my idea I'm not sure if I want to take the time to learn cocoa myself or hire someone.
