I know about most of the other programs like this so don't tell me to use search, cause I did. Here's what I want that's in OneNote: the ability to click and type anywhere, this is a feature I really need but I've tried about 10 programs and none of them have this wonderful feature. Does anyone know of a program that does?

I believe Notebook (http://www.circusponies.com/) will serve your needs. It seems to be a lot like OneNote. If you don't want to fork over the $49, you might want to look at the notes in Mac Mail. It might serve your needs, as well.
