Does migration assistant let you put back safari bookmarks and mail subfolders in addition to everything else it does? Is it a pretty easy process?

I'm about to do an E and I and just want to get back to "normal" as painlessly as possible. I just did a time machine back up but just wanted to know that before I pull the trigger. Thanks.
