Is there any shred of evidence or any rumors that apple will come out with a gaming console? If not, do YOU think there is a chance of it?

I got beat by a sniff - Pippin was was all set for console domination, it's just a shame the technology was 4 years out of date when it hit the streets - it was like a late 3DO.

I don't think Apple will go there again. I really cannot see Apple beating Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft in this space... they'd simply blow a few billion dollars on research and marketing and probably look silly.

Perhaps Apple will team up with one of the makers with iTunes and Apple TV in the future, to take on MS.
