I have a few audiobooks in iTunes but they're in the general library, I can't figure out how to put them into the audiobooks library. my downloaded podcasts go right into 'podcasts' but how do I migrate the audiobooks?

Aldo on Audiobooks has all the information you want:

Aldo on Audiobooks

Start with the overview about how iTunes recognizes audiobooks, then move onto the FAQs specifically about this topic.

If you're downloading your books from Librovox and a few other sites that just have their downloads in mp3 format or copying your CD's, there is a great little app called AudioBook Builder.

There are a couple of freebie apps that can do it and I have a thread around here somewhere that walks you thru the process. But, AudioBook Builder is well worth the price.

edit: Here's the walkthru I did a while back - this will do it free for you
