Photo Recovery of iPhoto Library usning Thumnail and Filtering Algorithm

I am developing an application in which I have to recover the photos in the iPhoto library and do so I have to use the thumbnail of the iPhoto and to employ thesampling and resizing. I want to know how can I achieve the exact photo without loosing the quality of Photo. Regards Vishal Singh Bhardvaj |
