I came across a site that had artificial intelligence programs (freeware) for windows platforms.
Basically if you install any one of these apps, ur computer turns into a sort of robot. It interacts with the user and even learns...
I tried to see if there were such apps for mac. I couldn't find any... does anyone know of any good apps like that??

Another question is that if there are apps like these, why are they virtually unheard of and so rare to find.

(I'd post the link to the site, but I'm not sure if that is allowed)

A quick google reveals a page of links to various attempts at AI in Mac OS X - SourceForge.net: Software Search .

Hope this helps,

Cheers
